Job summary

Thrivas is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Florida to support civil litigation matters. This in-office position includes a work-from-home option and competitive compensation commensurate with experience, with regular pay increases based on performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of civil litigation experience, with exposure to personal injury, PIP, or insurance defense litigation encouraged. Responsibilities include discovery, motions, scheduling hearings, and managing PI

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience is required.
• Experience in personal injury, personal injury plaintiff or PIP, and insurance defense litigation encouraged.
• Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preparing discovery, motions, scheduling hearings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage PI litigation cases through settlement.
• Prepare discovery, draft motions, schedule hearings.
