TerrAscend is seeking a Legal Assistant to support the Senior Counsel, Securities & Financing and the Legal and Compliance team. You will help manage board materials, oversee board portal use, and maintain subsidiary records for U.S. and international entities.

You will draft and review filings (e.g., Form 4s), assist with D&O questionnaires, and help streamline delivery of legal services. A paralegal background and strong organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal degree or paralegal experience required.
• At least 4 years of paralegal experience including project and operations management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with entity formation, state registrations and filings for US and international subsidiaries.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining compliance-related policies and processes.
• Draft and review corporate governance materials and board materials; manage Diligent access and related tasks.
• Assist with Form 4s and other Section 16 filings in coordination with external counsel.
• Support senior counsel in D&O questionnaires and privacy of confidential information.
