3+ years of Customer Success portfolios/teams experience.
Experience delivering outcomes through CSPs and EBRs.
Experience with success metrics and enterprise accounts.

Serve as a deep product expert on CoCounsel suite and deliver CS motion.
Co-create customer success plans and executive business reviews.
Develop enablement for customers and Thomson Reuters employees.
Build and present business plans and report on market activities; represent CS in cross-functional meetings.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and expansion.
