Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers understand and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting (US) and sits at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale across the full customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years of law firm or in-house experience.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build relationships.
• Lead discovery, positioning, and product demos with Legal AI.
• Support onboarding and ongoing adoption.
• Translate legal workflows for AI adoption.
• Provide feedback to product teams.
