Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors. This role blends legal practice with technology to help lawyers adopt Relativity's AI platform and claiR for real-world outcomes.

As a Legal AI Advisor, you’ll engage with law firms and corporate teams across the customer lifecycle, translate workflows into AI-enabled processes, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure value realization.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years of legal practice experience in a law firm or in-house team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations as primary users.
Drive pre-sales conversations and tailored product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Bridge legal and technical workflows to drive AI adoption in practice areas.
Provide feedback to Product, Marketing, and Engineering on customer needs and usability.
