Job summary

Relativity is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with the Legal AI Advisor role. This is a remote opportunity for practicing or former lawyers who will drive adoption of RelativityOne and claiR, helping clients realize value from AI-powered legal tools.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and focuses on transforming workflows across litigation, investigations, privilege review, discovery, and compliance using generative AI.

Qualifications

JD with Bar admission required.
7+ years of law practice in a firm and/or in-house legal team (litigation preferred).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Hands-on with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
Knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms, corporate legal teams, and service providers.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with cross-functional teams and run tailored product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption, onboarding, and to drive sustained usage and value realization.
Act as voice of the legal customer; provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities into practical guidance for lawyers.
