Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or business management.
• Sales and engineering or project management background in LED industry.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience on LED display and related peripheral equipment.
• Familiarity with Nova-star and Brompton software.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent client orientation around problem-solving and delivering solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance expectations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the business development strategy for the assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads.
• Identify new accounts to sell LED products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales.
• Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the team.
• Lead product demos and field activities to assess customer needs and project requirements.
• Act as product and solution advocate, lead key account relationships, and provide technical information.
• Gather feedback from field activity and relay it to relevant departments.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly R&S market summaries and coordinate client visits to HQ and factory in China.
• Represent the company at marketing events, seminars, and trade shows.
