Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego is seeking a Leave and Accommodations Specialist to manage day-to-day administration of leave and accommodation programs across the United States and international locations. You will partner with the Leave and Accommodations team to ensure compliance with state and country-specific requirements and support global payroll and benefits processes.

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years experience managing leave and accommodation cases with knowledge of state leave requirements including California.
• Basic mathematical skills and intermediate computer skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Support PCI's leave and disability vendors with inquiries and processing in Workday.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation including return-to-work status and accommodations.
• Develop a harmonized approach to the leave program with tracking systems and dashboards.
• Support international leave programs with regional HR teams to ensure compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of health, benefit, and payroll information.
