Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking a detail-oriented Leave Administrator to support a leave management pilot program. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who loves organizing processes and data in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided, and you’ll work closely with an experienced leave management professional. You will assist with leave case administration, maintain records, and use SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and UKG to support workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with leave administration is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and tracking of employee leave cases
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and UKG to support leave processes
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding leave requests and status updates
• Support reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks related to leave management
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information
