Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Management: manage leave cases from request to return-to-work.
• Verify eligibility, determine leave approvals, calculate duration, and coordinate client leaves.
• Maintain confidential employee medical information and documentation.
• Communicate with employees, HR contacts, and clients; generate reports as required.
• Document standards and processes; support new client implementations.
