Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or leasing experience.
• Prior multifamily leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing principles (preferred).
• Experience with high-volume inbound/outbound leads (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support leasing operations for properties across the portfolio.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms and follow up to schedule tours.
• Qualify prospective residents, coordinate tours with managers, and maintain leasing documentation.
• Provide reports and updates to management as requested.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
