Job summary

Savills North America is seeking a Lease Analyst to support day-to-day lease administration for assigned clients. The role provides a single point of contact and requires owning data in lease systems and reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities include reviewing leases, OCR processing, invoicing oversight, and coordinating with landlords and client teams. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Extremely accurate and detailed oriented.
• Extensive knowledge of lease administration technology platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Two (2) years lease administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit lease documents and maintain data accuracy in systems.
• Review, interpret leases, perform OCR and manage reporting.
• Oversee vendor invoices and lead lease analysts.
• Serve as main point of contact for client accounts.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reporting packages by deadlines.
• Coordinate COI and Estoppel/SNDA processes.
• Track key lease dates and renewals.
• Perform rent processing and reconciliations.
