Talentoma is seeking a Learning Specialist to join our fully remote team based in New York. You will deliver established training, answer learner questions, and verify understanding to help employees apply procedures confidently.

Expect to organize sessions, track progress in the LMS, and coordinate with managers for additional support. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience supporting workplace learning
• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Familiarity with learning systems and virtual meeting tools
• Ability to facilitate approved activities and keep discussions focused
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Reliable setup for 40-hour weekly commitment
• Remote work from home with structured onboarding
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Regular check-ins with the team lead

Responsibilities

• Review incoming learning requests, shared email inquiries, and tasks to identify learner needs.
• Confirm course prerequisites and session readiness before assigning activities via Docebo.
• Organize session invitations and reminders using Google Calendar and communicate changes.
• Facilitate virtual learning sessions through Cisco Webex and guide learners through exercises.
• Answer questions about course instructions, navigation, and objectives with approved resources.
• Review exercises and assessments, provide feedback, and identify topics needing practice.
• Record attendance, results, completion status, and learner notes in the LMS.
• Follow up with learners about unfinished activities and coordinate with managers.
• Escalate platform issues to IT support and questions to the training lead.
• Summarize recurring learning gaps for team review.
