Demco is seeking a Learning Environment Field Consultant to build relationships with K-12 schools and public libraries, mostly remote with field travel in the U.S. You’ll identify opportunities, measure spaces, coordinate with design teams, and demonstrate solutions to enhance learning environments.

Expect 4–5 days of travel per week, strong sales drive, and collaboration across departments. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with outbound prospecting and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience selling into K-12 school districts and understanding purchasing processes.
• Outbound prospecting and developing new business relationships; goal-oriented.
• Able to participate in tradeshows and occasional on-site installations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to educators and library staff.
• Willing to travel territory and overnight if needed.

Responsabilités

• Plan outbound calls and emails to build a strong pipeline.
• Engage with K-12 schools and libraries to uncover opportunities.
• Travel 4-5 days per week within your territory.
• Visit sites to take measurements and collaborate with design teams.
• Represent Demco at regional tradeshows and grow brand presence.
