Demco is seeking a Learning Environment Field Consultant to support K-12 schools and public libraries with space, furniture, and learning solutions. This remote, territory-based role requires frequent travel to schools and libraries to build relationships and uncover opportunities that enhance educational spaces.

You’ll work with educators and administrators, collaborating with design teams to ensure accurate, inspiring proposals.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling into K-12 school districts with understanding of school purchasing processes.
• Outbound prospecting and developing new business relationships; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to participate in tradeshows and occasional on-site installations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to educators and library professionals.
• Team player who collaborates across departments to deliver a great customer experience.
• Excited to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable traveling 4–5 days per week within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pipeline and plan outbound call/email strategy.
• Engage with K-12 schools and libraries to uncover opportunities and needs.
• Travel 4–5 days per week to meet customers in your territory.
• Visit customer sites to take measurements and capture photos; collaborate with design teams.
• Represent Demco at regional trades shows to demonstrate solutions and grow brand presence.
• Log activities in CRM and coordinate next steps with internal teams.
