Demco is seeking a Learning Environment Field Consultant to drive K-12 school and public library sales from a remote, territory-based position in the United States. You will spend most weeks in the field, meeting educators and library leaders, and translating their needs into learning space solutions.

Daily activities include pipeline review, outbound outreach, and field visits, with 4–5 travel days per week.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• K-12 sales experience with understanding of school purchasing processes and key decision-makers.
• Sales drive with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and new business development.
• Physical readiness to participate in tradeshows and onsite installations when needed.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to educators, administrators, and library professionals.

Responsabilités

• Grow opportunities with K-12 schools and public libraries.
• Travel 4–5 days per week within territory.
• Visit sites to gather measurements, photos, and coordinate with design teams.
• Represent Demco at regional trades shows and events to showcase solutions.
• Log activities in CRM and drive opportunities toward quota achievement.
