Job summary

Zurich NA is seeking a Learning Solutions Consultant to join the Underwriting University team. This remote role reports to the VP, Learning Solutions and leads projects from problem definition to implementation, applying instructional design and AI-enabled learning design tools to create measurable solutions across underwriting, sales, leadership, and professional development portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in communications or project management.
• Alternative: high school diploma with 8+ years in communications or PM.
• Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to moderately complex projects from problem definition through design, implementation and change management.
• Design and develop learning solutions across underwriting, sales, leadership, and professional development portfolios.
• Apply instructional design principles and AI-enabled tools to improve performance.
• Partner with leaders, SMEs, vendors and colleagues to assess needs, design, test and implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Define learning objectives, delivery methods and evaluation strategies for new and existing solutions.
• Utilize tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Synthesia and Adobe Creative Cloud for development.
• Establish governance, plans and success measures in line with Zurich standards.
