Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Learning and Leadership Development Consultant for the Organizational Development and Effectiveness team. The role is primarily remote with approximately two days per week in the office, supporting a multi-site organization across the Texas health system.

You will develop and implement leadership and management development programs, train trainers, and serve as a consultant to senior leadership to address talent and development needs, while partnering with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Advanced certification in leadership development is preferred.
• ICF credentialing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development Programming: design, develop, deliver, and evaluate leadership and management development initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
• Consulting: act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to identify training needs and assess program outcomes.
• Talent Development: support talent review, succession planning, and development initiatives with leaders.
• Change Management: facilitate organizational change programs and provide coaching and facilitation to leaders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with HR, education leaders, and other leaders to ensure effective program deployment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field

Master's Degree Human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field

Certification in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect or related leadership development solutions

ICF Credentialed Coach (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
