Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and develop learning solutions aligned to business goals and workforce needs. Under the Program Manager, you will translate objectives into engaging eLearning, ILT, and performance support content for a global audience.

You will create storyboards and scripts, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure designs meet branding and LMS requirements while advancing instructional design practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant instructional design experience; construction/corporate experience preferred.
• Portfolio showing storyboards, scripts, and eLearning deliverables encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design sessions and workshops with SMEs and stakeholders to gather input and clarify learning needs.
• Translate defined objectives into structured learning solutions, including eLearning, ILT/vILT, and performance support materials.
• Design eLearning, ILT/vILT, and blended experiences with detailed deliverables to support development.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences with quality standards.
• Collaborate to organize content into structured learning experiences and align with branding.
• Prepare assets for LMS deployment and coordinate with Technology/KM teams.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
