Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to develop learning solutions aligned with business goals and workforce performance needs. Working with a Program Manager and SMEs, you will craft engaging eLearning, ILT, and performance support materials for a global audience.

You will design storyboards and scripts, apply adult learning principles, and prepare assets for LMS deployment, ensuring alignment with branding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; construction industry and/or corporate experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating instructional design deliverables strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and LMS/SCORM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design sessions with SMEs to gather input and clarify learning needs.
• Translate objectives into structured eLearning, ILT, and performance support materials.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and design specifications for efficient development.
• Ensure designs meet branding, standards, and quality guidelines.
• Prepare assets for LMS deployment and coordinate with KM teams.
