Job summary

Primrose Schools is seeking a remote Training Specialist to design, deliver, and improve instructor-led and online learning programs for Franchise Owners, school leaders, and staff. The role emphasizes engaging content, adult learning principles, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include developing materials, facilitating sessions, evaluating training impact, and supporting onboarding and leadership development. Willingness to travel regionally and nationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years designing and delivering training programs for adult learners in virtual and in-person environments.
• Experience creating learning materials and supporting training initiatives from development through delivery.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training programs for Franchise Owners, School Leadership Teams, and staff through in-person and virtual learning environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, blended, and microlearning solutions utilizing instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
• Manage and continuously improve training materials and learning assets, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with updates.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to develop learner-centered content that aligns with priorities and business needs.
• Support Franchise Owner and School Leadership Team learning programs and events, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Follow established Training & Development processes, standards, and quality expectations to ensure consistency.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, data, metrics, and learner outcomes; implement improvements.
• Conduct onsite visits and training sessions at schools and regional locations; travel regionally and nationally as needed.
