Job summary

Intuit is hiring a Staff, Learning Development & Production Manager to lead the Solutions Studio, a US-based contingent team delivering scalable learning content for Expert Excellence. You will guide intake-to-build work, ensure quality, and drive AI-native design systems across domestic and India operations.

You will mentor vendors, enforce brand standards, and push continuous improvement in speed-to-proficiency while managing quotas and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design with 2+ years in people management or operational lead role, preferably managing contingent workers.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years building expert-level eLearning in Articulate 360 with high proficiency in graphics, interactive triggers, and variables.
• Proven experience using Synthesia for video production and LLMs for instructional design workflows.
• Video editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Camtasia for high-fidelity assets.
• QA & technical expertise with SCORM/xAPI, LMS deployment, and cross-device testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication to facilitate sessions and update stakeholders.
• Data tracking and reporting skills to present clean metrics without errors.
• Ops & scaling experience managing high-volume production studios for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of US-based contingent workers and vendors with coaching and performance management.
• Mentor team in Articulate 360 techniques and GenAI production workflows; manage vendor relationships and staffing.
• Oversee end-to-end content production lifecycle for US and India expansion; meet quotas and deadlines.
• Establish QA gates, technical standards, and accessibility compliance; drive AI-native design systems.
• Standardize intake-to-build handoffs obeying brand identity and content standards.
• Govern AI usage in persona and asset creation with ethical and pedagogical integrity.
• Monitor content performance and AI efficiency; track time-to-market and cost reductions.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Delivery for capacity, risks, and delivery blockers.
