Job summary

Guest Worldwide is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support the production, editing, and deployment of learning content across the organization. The role focuses on polished video assets, digital modules, and training collateral aligned with business goals.

The position involves maintaining LMS content, coordinating virtual and in-person sessions, and collaborating with L&D leaders to improve programs and analytics. A remote/hybrid environment is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, instructional design, or content production.
• Strong technical skills with e-learning tools and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to work independently in remote or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw instructional materials into polished, engaging learning assets.
• Edit and produce videos, presentations, and interactive modules using available tools.
• Upload, test, and troubleshoot content in LMS platforms and maintain accuracy across academies.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for virtual, self-guided, and instructor-led training sessions.
• Collaborate with L&D leaders and HR to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Assist in collecting feedback and building dashboards for program evaluation.
