Job summary

EmergenceTek Group Inc. seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to own the full lifecycle of learning solutions for a large-scale enterprise software implementation. You will partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to design, develop, test, and deliver engaging training that drives system adoption.

This role emphasizes independent project leadership, hands-on development, and rapid learning of new systems, with remote work available within the United States and no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of instructional design experience in enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and software simulations.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end instructional design projects.
• Strong knowledge of the ADDIE model and training needs analysis.
• Experience creating eLearning, simulations, scenarios, and job aids.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete ADDIE-based design lifecycle from analysis to evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements.
• Analyze business processes and determine training approaches.
• Design and develop interactive eLearning with Storyline 360.
• Create software simulations, scenarios, assessments, and exercises.
• Develop storyboards, facilitator guides, learner guides, job aids, and reference materials.
• Test and QA learning materials and ensure alignment with processes.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive improvements during development.
