Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an experienced Lean Six Sigma professional to lead enterprise-wide process-improvement initiatives across healthcare operations. The role centers on DMAIC-based improvements, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, or PDSA methodologies to design and implement performance improvements, train staff, and monitor KPIs. Remote work within the United States is supported, with typical hours Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
• CAPM or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, prioritization and execution of performance improvement projects using LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA or similar.
• Assist with implementation and training of process engineering maintenance plans and staff trainings to improve effectiveness.
• Collect, monitor and evaluate project KPIs and develop status reports.
• Facilitate cross functional improvement teams following DMAIC or similar roadmap.
• Communicate gaps in process designs to upper management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
