Job summary

Centene is seeking a senior Process Excellence leader to drive Six Sigma/LEAN programs across the organization, identify inefficiencies, and standardize implementation practices with strong governance. You will lead the business unit's initiatives and ensure adherence to approved methodologies.

The role focuses on managing programs to meet budget and schedule, coordinating cross-functional work, mentoring teams, and delivering executive reports on performance and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of process optimization, process improvement, or project management experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping, process design, and workflow management software and applications.

Job description

Position Purpose

Develop and implement business process excellence initiatives throughout the organization to analyze and address process and operational inefficiencies by utilizing Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies. Provide leadership and oversight of the business unit's implementation processes; managing company adherence to standard implementation processes Manage business and program implementations to meet budget, timeline, and contractual requirements Maintain standard business implementation organizational structures, team structures, work breakdown structures, work planning, issue logs, decision logs, change control and executive reports Provide input on operating models, including standard corporate functional and information system models, performance metrics, expected outcomes and plan impacts Coordinate cross -functional tasks between various internal and external areas to ensure successful project outcomes Communicate project status to all internal and external stakeholders Mentor project team members and stakeholders using appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase and maintain commitment to portfolio objectives

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of process optimization, process improvement, or project management experience. Experience with Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies. Knowledge of process mapping, process design, and workflow management software and applications.

License/Certification

Six Sigma/LEAN Certification highly preferred.

Pay Range

$118,400.00 - $219,000.00 per year
