Job summary

DelDOT is seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process optimization and modernization across programs. You will evaluate workflows, implement PDCA/DMAIC methods, and drive measurable efficiency gains with stakeholders.

You will develop analytics, train staff in CI techniques, and oversee projects, contracts, and budgeting to deliver timely improvements and enhanced customer service.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• 4 years’ experience in continuous improvement work.
• 3 years’ experience in data analysis and root cause analysis.
• 2 years’ experience designing improvement analyses or projects.
• 6 months’ experience in budget, grant or contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
• Evaluate business processes, identify opportunities, and implement changes.
• Develop tracking and performance tools to measure impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align requirements.
• Provide staff training on continuous improvement methods and analytics.
