Job summary

Monsignor Slade Catholic School, Inc. is seeking a Rising Leaders Coordinator to guide leadership development for aspiring principals and current assistant principals within the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

The role is grant-funded, hybrid, and part-time, with a yearly stipend and remote collaboration in Year 1, expanding to in-person meetings in Years 2 and 3. The ideal candidate will have strong Catholic education leadership experience, knowledge of adult learning, and a commitment to developing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field.
• MD Administrator I/II certification or equivalent endorsements preferred.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in Catholic/independent schools preferred.
• Experience facilitating adult learning or professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design and implement leadership development programming.
• Develop curriculum, learning activities, facilitator materials, and assessments.
• Organize program documentation for accessibility and continuity.
• Facilitate sessions and learning experiences for Years 2 and 3.
• Coach participants and maintain ongoing communication throughout the program.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting potential participants.
• Coordinate with principals and diocesan leaders to reflect leadership needs.
• Evaluate feedback and revise programming for improvement.
• Maintain curriculum and resources for ongoing relevance.
