Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a director-level leader to drive provider technology strategy and innovation. This remote role oversees market, industry, and competitor analysis, shaping product opportunities and new development across the Provider Solutions portfolio.

The candidate will report to the Senior VP/GM of Provider Solutions and collaborate with engineering, delivery, marketing, and sales to align technology with business goals. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

7-10 years of technology consulting and/or strategy management, with extensive exposure to product management, engineering, implementations, sales/marketing, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct Medicaid federal, market, policy, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and innovation roadmaps.
Analyze target market and competitive landscape, understand market position and regulatory mandates.
Develop business cases for new solutions to generate significant value for Gainwell and clients.
Interface with engineering and business leads to identify opportunities and prioritize technology advancements.
Align with Provider solutions team to evolve existing solutions through transformation.
Coordinate strategies and communication across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Delivery/Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
Produce and deliver executive reports on technology and innovation vision, strategy, and finances.
