Job summary

Franciscan Alliance invites a senior Manager of Enterprise EPIC Technical Applications to lead the Epic platform, coordinate managed services, and drive performance across clinical and IT teams. Travel up to 20% within Indiana is required. A strong candidate will have EPIC certification, 10+ years in relevant work, and at least 2 years of management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• EPIC certification or accredited EPIC certification upon hire is required.
• 2 years management experience preferred.
• 5 years relevant work experience with degree required or 10+ years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of the EPIC Electronic Health Record system including installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Oversee daily support operations and drive resolutions for EPIC-related incidents to minimize downtime.
• Ensure EPIC integrates seamlessly with other health IT systems and applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of application administrators and support staff.
• Collaborate with software vendors to secure timely updates and patches.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes.
