With a focus on innovative problem-solving, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electric utility transmission systems and proficiency in PLS‑CADD and PLS‑POLE. This is a remote position open to U.S. residents, with preferred availability in the Mountain time zone.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in electric utility transmission systems design with a Bachelor's degree.
• Work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Ability and passion to mentor and develop staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple design teams for various projects.
• Direct a team performing engineering analyses and modeling.
