Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technical program or project management within information security or engineering organizations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical projects intersecting with software development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking complex backlogs and dependencies.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in executive-level reporting and cross-team facilitation.
• Ability to translate complex security initiatives into structured project roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute strategic roadmaps for core internal security initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, IT, and Business Systems to scope requirements and track project milestones.
• Implement structured intake and prioritization processes for security projects.
• Identify and escalate cross-departmental blockers and resource gaps with actionable options.
• Serve as the primary liaison for security-driven initiatives, streamlining communications with partners and vendors.
• Deliver executive-ready reports on program health and project progress, focusing on business risk reduction.
