Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Business or related field.
• 7+ years in technical program management with at least 3 years leading security initiatives.
• Experience orchestrating vulnerability management lifecycles and governance SLAs.
• Ability to partner with security engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security remediation strategy across products and infra with clear ownership and SLAs.
• Establish risk identification, tracking, escalation paths, and remediation validation.
• Define metrics and dashboards to deliver actionable risk insights to leadership.
• Maintain operating rhythms and quarterly executive readouts for OKR execution.
• Manage vulnerability management lifecycle and executive risk reporting.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, Legal, HR, and Compliance partners.
• Elevate documentation standards for SOPs, architectures, and incident items.
• Drive complex programs end-to-end across organizations and ensure accountable delivery.
