Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end technical programs in the Finance & Insurance space. You will partner with engineering, product, and other teams to translate goals into concrete plans, timetables, and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes improving information flow, reducing manual toil through automation, and strengthening program management discipline across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven track record delivering programs on time and within budget.
• Strong technical background with software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex technical programs from inception through delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define program goals and execution plans.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and roadmaps aligning work with business objectives.
• Own and improve information-flow pipelines to reduce friction and manual toil via automation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, driving timely resolutions.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders with clear updates and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and practices.
