Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Developer Infrastructure & Productivity to lead complex programs that improve developer infrastructure and productivity across the organization. You will partner closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable execution.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only. Compensation: $204,300 – $266,725 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software teams as a Development Manager or TPM.
• Translate business objectives into technical programs.
• Knowledge of storage, networking, and capacity management.
• Proven end-to-end program management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze objectives to define long-term roadmaps.
• Translate objectives into prioritized technical problems.
• Define systems programs and actionable implementation plans.
• Influence engineers and architects with technical insight.
• Manage lifecycle of programs including forecasting and budgeting.
• Oversee dependencies and projects across the company.
