Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end engineering program delivery for a strategic off‑highway equipment client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client interface and SPOC for engineering programs
• Lead program planning, execution, and delivery across global (onsite–offshore) teams
• Manage scope, schedules, KPIs, risks, and financial tracking
• Conduct weekly reviews, monthly governance meetings, and QBRs
• Drive collaboration across software, systems, validation, and controls teams
• Identify growth opportunities and support proposals/solutioning

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years in technical program management or engineering leadership
• Experience managing large-scale embedded or off‑highway/automotive programs
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, controls, and system integration
• Experience working with global engineering delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with heavy equipment OEMs
• PMP certification
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Confluence
