Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to join our IT – Supply Chain team as a remote employee. You’ll serve as the functional/technical lead for procurement technology, owning the backlog and guiding S2C and P2P initiatives.

This role requires 8+ years of enterprise analysis, hands-on low-code development, and strong integration skills with SAP Ariba and other ERPs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and drive automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IS, business, supply chain or finance.
• 8+ years of functional/technical enterprise analysis experience in procurement pipelines.
• 2+ years Low-Code/No-Code hands-on experience building production applications.
• Hands-on experience with S2P platforms (SAP Ariba, GEP, Coupa, Ivalua) across S2C/P2P.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional/technical ownership for procurement technology and define roadmaps.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritization, and business-value alignment.
• Lead discovery for S2C/P2P; drive standardization vs. local variation.
• Drive AI and automation across S2C/P2P to improve cycle times and compliance.
• Oversee implementations, rollouts, and major enhancements globally.
• Define future-state processes with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Ensure auditability with controls, approvals, and segregation of duties.
