Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks an IT Procurement Lead Business System Analyst to join our IT – Supply Chain team as a remote employee. You will lead the Procurement technology product area, define vision and roadmaps, and own the backlog with business value in mind.

You’ll drive AI, automation, and cross-ERP integrations while shaping future-state S2P processes across S2C/P2P domains. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, translate needs into epics and user stories, and ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of functional/technical experience at the intersection of enterprise business systems and tech procurement pipelines.
• 2+ years of low-code development and automation.
• Hands-on with S2P platforms such as SAP Ariba/GEP/Coupa/Ivalua.
• Experience integrating S2P tools with SAP, Infor, QAD, JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional/technical lead for the Procurement technology product area.
• Own and maintain the product backlog with prioritization and value alignment.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P initiatives.
• Drive AI and automation across S2C and P2P to improve UX, compliance, and cycle times.
• Lead integrations between S2P and multiple ERPs (SAP, Infor, QAD, JD Edwards).
• Provide governance for Ariba or similar modules and workflows.
