Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive quality for assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and own supplier results and audits. You will lead improvement plans, develop supplier qualifications, and leverage scorecards to ensure excellence in manufacturing and casting processes.

The role requires a blend of technical know-how, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within a global aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Background in supplier quality and supplier management.
• Experience in airfoils or structural castings.
• Experience managing quality or manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Includes Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development, supplier qualifications, action plans, audits and performance monitoring.
• Lead small projects with low risk and manage team expectations and consensus.
• Prioritize information for data analysis and drive improvements with various sources.
