Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or GED with 4+ years in quality or supplier quality.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.
• Experience in airfoils or structural castings.

Responsibilities

• Includes Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development, including qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting assigned suppliers towards industrial standards.
• Leads small projects with low risks and communicates performance expectations.
• Prioritizes data analysis; uses internal and limited external sources to informed decisions.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
