Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator, Lead Associate to join our team in support of national security programs. The role focuses on negotiating and awarding subcontracts, managing supplier relationships, and guiding teams across contracts, finance, and program management to achieve program objectives.

Candidate will have strong experience with FAR, government contracting methods, and subcontract types (FFP, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursement) and will handle NDAs and teaming

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• 5+ years of related experience or 3+ years with Master’s.
• 9+ years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with FAR, government contracting methods, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and award subcontracts and manage supplier relationships for government programs.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and provide guidance across contracts teams.
• Negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, RFPs and SOWs; perform price analysis and select contract types.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks; ensure flow-downs and compliance with prime contracts.
