Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of related experience or a Master’s with 3+ years, US citizenship, and willingness to travel to Reston as needed. You will collaborate with program management, finance, and contracts to drive timely awards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• US citizenship required.
• 3 years demonstrated strength managing teammates on a large, fast-paced program.
• Can be remote but must be willing to travel to Reston, Virginia when needed.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and award subcontracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and advise on business topics with FAR knowledge.
• Develop subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements with flow-downs and labor-rate negotiation.
• Coordinate with finance to facilitate invoicing and payments.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve contract-related risks and issues.
