Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator, Lead Associate to negotiate and award subcontracts and manage supplier relationships for high-profile programs. The role oversees subcontractor performance, provides guidance on FAR and government contracting practices, and may involve NDA/TA work, RFP/SOW development, and price analysis.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Program Management and Finance, manage risk, and travel to Reston, VA as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• US citizenship required.
• 3 years demonstrated strength managing teammates on a large, fast-paced program.
• Must be able to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong supplier relations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements; negotiate labor rates and terms.
• Coordinate with finance to facilitate invoicing and payments.
• Collaborate with Program Management to align work with goals and objectives.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve contract-related risks and issues.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams across technical, program, finance, and contracts.
