Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Lead Staff Counsel Procedural Review Auditor - Attorney based in the United States. This fully remote role audits Staff Counsel files to assess quality, compliance, and reporting accuracy, and to identify policy gaps and improvement opportunities.

You will present findings to senior management, travel nationwide about 25%, with 7+ years of litigation experience, active U.S.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdictions.
• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, including insurance defense or personal injury.
• Experience handling cases with significant severity and complexity.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to travel nationally ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Audit Staff Counsel files to measure case-handling quality and assess compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Review office practices and case documentation to identify quality concerns and policy gaps.
• Provide timely post-audit feedback to management on cases needing attention.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and Staff Counsel leaders.
• Contribute to development of best practices and improvements to policies and audit methodologies.
• Manage multiple priorities and follow complex procedural instructions.
