Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in applicable jurisdictions and meet and maintain licensing requirements including mandatory CLE requirements where applicable.
• Must have a minimum of seven years of litigation experience, including insurance defense or personal injury.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of Staff Counsel files to measure and ensure quality case handling and compliance with policies.
• Provide post-audit feedback to management on cases needing attention and identify policy gaps or irregularities discovered during audits.
• Prepare and present reports on audit trends to senior management and Staff Counsel Managers, making recommendations to improve audit effectiveness.
