The role focuses on reviewing active files to capture key data points and address issues related to file handling, with potential phased transition from active practice for experienced litigators.

The position offers flexible remote work and can be located in any state with an office, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• 5+ years of litigation experience required.
• Insurance defense is a plus but not required.
• Auditing experience at an insurance carrier is a plus.
• License not required but must have been in good standing when lapsed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review active files to capture key data points in our systems.
• Assess file handling and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage in calibration exercises and produce clear, concise writing.
