Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of litigation experience, including insurance defense or personal injury.

Responsibilities

• Audits Staff Counsel files to measure quality case handling and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide post-audit feedback to management on cases needing attention and violations found during audit.
• Communicate findings and recommendations, including gaps in policy or reporting irregularities.
• Prepare and present reports on audit trends to senior management and Staff Counsel Managers; make recommendations to improve audit processes.
• Assist in developing best practices and propose improvements to existing policies and procedures.
• Adhere to GEICO Code of Conduct and operating principles.
• Attend at the location required to perform job functions and interact with management and colleagues.
