BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer for AI/GenAI platforms in the USA. You will build, operate, and continuously improve reliable, scalable AI/ML and Generative AI systems from deployment to incident response.

This role offers remote work within the United States and exposure to cutting-edge observability and AI tooling. You will work with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, and Security to embed reliability from design onward.

Qualifications

• SRE fundamentals including SLOs/SLIs, monitoring and incident management.
• Linux, networking, distributed systems, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• CI/CD and DevSecOps; containers/orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes; cloud platforms.
• Generative AI/LLM literacy; RAG/agent tooling as level requires.
• MLOps/LLMOps tooling and AI observability as level requires.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate production-grade infrastructure for LLM, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI apps.
• Define and defend SLOs/SLIs for latency, availability, quality and cost.
• Monitor production AI systems for drift, hallucinations and quality regressions.
• Lead incident response for AI systems with triage and blameless post-mortems.
• Develop runbooks, automation, and self-healing for AI ops.
