Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect for DERMS to join the Pre-Sales team. You will engage with customers, demonstrate GridOS DERMS, and translate requirements into actionable use cases and roadmaps.

Remote role based in the US with up to 25% travel. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, regulatory awareness, and delivering end-to-end solutions for utility customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with Power Systems focus.
• 5+ years in utility industry with technical sales and writing.
• US-based remote role with up to 25% travel.
• Familiar with DER management, microgrids, SCADA and asset management.
• Knowledge of IEEE 1547, IEEE 2030.5 SEP2, OpenADR.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and nurture client relationships.
• Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations for GridOS DERMS.
• Capture customer requirements and translate to use cases and roadmap.
• Develop proposals with Account Managers and respond to RFPs.
• Create customer-ready technical presentations for pre-sales.
