Job summary

Lumen seeks a Lead Solution Train Engineer to coordinate multiple ARTs within the value stream, driving solution-level planning, risk management, and alignment across teams. You will champion dependency management, release readiness, and continuous improvement while ensuring timely delivery of a cohesive, high-value solution.

With 8+ years in technical program management and Agile leadership, you will facilitate PI readiness, manage budgets, and escalate impediments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, SDLC operations, or Agile leadership.
• Experience facilitating PI and Readiness at portfolio level.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and risk escalation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate solution-level planning, Pre- and Post-PI Planning, and synchronization ceremonies to align delivery across ARTs.
• Coordinate epic delivery spanning multiple teams and manage cross-ART work.
• Identify, mitigate cross-ART risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
• Own solution-level metrics and promote CI, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate release processes across the Agile Release Trains.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement; lead Inspect & Adapt at the solution level.
